Spring in Richmond

Spring is here, colours are more vibrant, and the weather is perfect. Not too warm, not too cold and no mosquitoes just yet.

Spring was Moochi’s favourite season. She used to love rolling around on the grass and fetching sticks, balls, or pinecones. Nib Nib didn’t like the strong sun as much as his favourite season was winter.

This is the first spring in 14 years that I really didn’t have anything to do. Freedom is a blessing and a curse.

The flowers are in bloom, and the colours are so intense. I just wish the cherry blossoms were still around. Beauty is so fleeting.

I love going to Gary’s Point around sunset. The sky explodes in a display of orange and yellow.

Britannia Shipyard is also a fun place to explore in the early morning, as there aren't many tourists.
