Came to celebrate Canada Day and discovered the many wonders of the interior. From the high desert of Osoyoos to the Myra Canyon trail, there’s so much history and beauty in our province. It’s a shame I’ve never explored it before.

These pools are rich in minerals and highly saline. No vegetation grows, but you can see the animal tracks. I wonder what they come down here for, maybe sightseeing? Or to have a soak in these healing pools.
All that remains of Haynes Ranch. Built in 1869, this ranch once encompassed 21,000 acres.
Lake Okanagan is reminiscent of Lake Como in its sheer beauty.
